Who is the controller of my personal data?

The data controller is Accor-Pannonia Hotels Szállodaüzemeltető Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság with a share capital of HUF 4,020,706,000, whose registered office is at 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 41-43. 1st Floor, Hungary, registered with the Budapest Court as Court of Registration under number 01-10-041748 and Accor S.A. with its registered address in Issy-les-Moulineaux (address: 82 rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy les Moulineaux, France). On what grounds and for what purpose is my personal data used?

The grounds for the processing of personal data is, above all, the need to perform the contract concluded with you, which includes managing reservations and stays in our hotels and compliance with legal obligations incumbent upon the data controller (for example related to payments under the contract). Your consent for the processing of your personal data by us is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations relating to the provision and payment for the services. In certain cases, personal data will also be processed on the basis of: legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, including direct marketing of products and services and efforts to improve the comfort of your stays in the hotel, embracing, amongst others, guest satisfaction surveys; your consent for the participation in certain AccorHotels programs/projects, including the purpose of customizing our services and marketing content, for example hotel special offers.

Who can access my personal data?

Personal data may be shared with hotels operating under one of AccorHotels Group brands or with Orbis Group and Accor Group companies as well as with hotel service providers. Personal data may also be transferred to third countries (beyond the European Economic Area), in which case appropriate safeguards will be implemented and the person whose data is transferred may have access to the data and to the information on the applied security measures and the place where the data was transferred.

What if I do not want my personal data to be further processed?

If you have given your consent for the processing of data, you may revoke the consent at any time without incurring any costs and without any other negative consequences by sending your request to the following address: data.privacy@accor.com or pl.gdpr@accor.com or by otherwise communicating your request, for instance directly at the hotel reception desk. In case of processing of your personal data for marketing purposes (including guest satisfaction surveys) and sharing the data within the AccorHotels Group, you can express your objection at any time by contacting us as specified above.

What are my rights with regard to the processing of my personal data?

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, objection, transfer or restriction of data processing, as well as the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

How long will you retain my personal data?

The data will be processed for the duration of your use of the services offered by AccorHotels hotel network (including participation in any program you may have joined) and/or in compliance with any applicable legal regulations relating to the provision and payment for services provided.
