CONCIERGE SERVICES

Please call the reception if you need assistance in any of the following cases; we are more than happy to help: messages, sightseeing, ticket booking, programs, rent a car, rent a bike, transfer service, taxi booking, currency exchange, medical services.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in online 48h before your arrival. Our team will have carefully prepared for your arrival and your room key will be ready! Fast check-out; return your key without having to wait: Your check-out is complete. Your invoice will be sent by e-mail after departure. For detailed information please contact our colleagues at the reception.

DEPARTURE, LUGGAGE ROOM, PORTERAGE

Individual guests may use rooms until noon on the day of departure; groups may only have access to their rooms until 10 am on the day of departure. We offer luggage room all day long, porterage for request. Hotel does not take responsibility for not properly closed luggage.

TRIBE Table Restaurant is located on the ground floor. We offer authentic cuisine with special wine and cocktail selection. Discover the taste of passion!

Our kitchen is open until 10:30 pm.

Grab & Go

At our 24-hour grab & go counter there’s a selection of snacks and drinks for you to pick up… even if you’re operating out of hours.

SNACK TIME

We are more than happy to serve our snack menu dishes in our TRIBE Table Restaurant from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

TRIBE Business Lounge

Enjoy some snacks and drink during the day and join us for the Happy Hour after a long day at the city or work!

Accessible for ALL Loyalty Elite members.

You can find the Lounge on the Mezzanine level.

Room

BEDS

Our Double bed rooms are equipped with 180 x 200 cm beds, our Twin bed rooms are equipped with 90 x 200 cm beds.

NON-SMOKING ROOM

All the guest-rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only next to the main entrance at the designated smoking areas. As we care of the convenience of the next guests staying in our hotel, in case of disrespect we will take the right to charge 100 Euros cleaning fee. Thank you for not smoking!

SAFEBOX

All rooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes free of charge, which can be operated with a personalized secure code. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in your room.

INTERNET

Free WiFi system is available in the hotel rooms and in all public areas.

AIR CONDITIONING

An individually controlled air-conditioning unit operates in every room.

LAUNDRY

The service is available at your disposal from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. You will get back your laundry on the same day till 7 pm if you hand it in till 9 am. Please call Reception for laundry bag and form.

ROOM CLEANING

Every day from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. If the “Do not Disturb” sign is placed outside the door, our colleagues will not disturb you. You can indicate your separate cleaning request by placing the “Clean me” sign.

220V / 50 Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building. An adapter for other voltages can be requested at the reception. It is FORBIDDEN to operate cooking devices in the Rooms.
